Getting Started With Your Attorney Facilitated Credit Repair Benefit Enclosed: Important Forms & Instructions Congratulations on your decision to become a member of our Association. We are dedicated to providing you with member benefits to assist you in the improvement of your credit profile. You are officially enrolled and we are eager to get started to work with you on your behalf. You are eligible to take advantage of any of the Member Benefits that the Association offers. Members may call Member Benefits to get information regarding these benefits. Phone: 1-727-480-3400 After your enrollment is processed you will be assigned a login and password to our “credit status portal” on our website. USCCRA will email your login and password. Some of you may already have your login and password. You can change your password after you have logged in and signed all your agreement(s).
1st Step: We have assigned your case to a Credit Specialist Team. Below is all your contact information for Your Credit Specialist Team. 2nd Step: When you first login to your “portal” you will be ask to sign USCCRA’s agreement form(s). Just type in your name and click the box. This will digitally sign and date them. You can print out a copy if you wish. Be sure to sign (or digitally sign) the agreement to Member Benefits and upload (scan and upload in your portal) clean copies of your set of proofs of Identification. The proofs of ID* are required by the credit bureaus to verify Name, DOB, SSN# and Current Mailing Address. (see page 3)
3rd Step: If you did not already provide us a credit report-Enclosed you will find a request form to order FREE copies of your three credit reports or you can obtain them online only at this website: www.annualcreditreport.com.
4th Step: Upon receipt of your credit report(s), you are advised to make copies for your records and make note of the date you forwarded the original to the Member Benefits Department. You can Email them, Upload them in your portal or Mail them to Member Benefits.
5th Step: Upon receipt of your credit reports and identity documents your Attorney-Facilitated Credit Specialists will send a dispute letters to each credit bureau.
6th Step: You should receive a response to the dispute(s) including an updated report within 50-60 days. It is required by law that the credit reporting bureaus send their correction report(s) directly to the consumer. Please forward everything the bureaus mail you including any propaganda regarding credit repair because this not only dates but verifies that the bureau(s) have received the challenge. Important: Please note the bureaus do not send a 2nd copy to USCCRA so you must contact your Credit Specialist at 877-219-8668 if you do not receive all three credit bureau responses to the disputes within 50 days .
7th Step: Make check or Money Order payable to USCCRA, LLC (multiply $5.00 times the number of deletions) and enclose with the updated credit reports. Or many of our customers choose to have us draft your authorized account on file.

Upload: go to www.usccra.com –Click on the “Credit Status” tab enter your login ID and password. Click on the “attachments” tab, browse and attach your scanned pdf documents Keep this quick reference handy. Important: *Proof of Identification is required by credit bureaus. It is important that copies of your required ID must be clean and legible or the bureaus may choose to not process disputes. Please mail, email or upload (1 set) of your ID to Member Benefits. Set of ID includes proof of: 1) your legal name 2) current mailing address** 3) date of birth 4) social security number

* Some documents include proof of more than one ID requirement; for example, a driver’s license could cover 1) name, 2) DOB and 2) address. ** 2 proofs of address required - less than 2 months old (if less than 2 years at place of residence or use of a PO Box as a mailing address).
